This week, the Digital Leaders evaluated the Isle of Tune website, which can be found here:

There's also an iPad app available here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/isle-of-tune-mobile/id430845597?ls=1&mt=8 James' thoughts can be found below. Why not have a play with the site yourself and let us know what you think in the comments section?

The Isle of Tune is good for lots of different tasks in music lessons. If the music teacher gave you the objects on a sheet, you would be able to make a song out of it. I think it is good because it has lots of tunes to play around on and make different songs on.
The Isle of Tune is set out in a good way because some children like to make towns and villages on apps and games. You are able to do this because you make roads and houses, and you make the different tunes on the houses and roads when cars are driving on them, which you put down and direct.
The people who were testing the game with me said it would be better for lessons with younger children because it is not great for learning ICT, becuase you don't use many ICT skills on it, but with music you can mix them and make great songs.
